Payment Information
Payment for online purchases can be made via the following major credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express. In accordance with the law, state sales tax will be added (at the time of shipment) for orders shipped to Illinois and Kentucky. Your bank statement will show charges from TSMGI.
To pay via personal check or money order, please call Customer Service at 1-877-468-2586 to place your order. Checks must be made payable to TSMGI. Please be sure to include shipping charges (see chart in Delivery section) and applicable state sales tax.
Cash or C.O.D's are not accepted as valid forms of payment.
Open billing available for Contract Orders ONLY, using an Ashland Purchase Order, for orders totaling $2,500 or greater. Open billing available on domestic (USA) orders ONLY. Call TSMGI for Contract quotes at 1-877-468-2586.

TSMGI stands behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, please call Customer Service within 30 days of purchase for a Return Authorization number (RA#) and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. RA# must be displayed on outside of box(es).
Custom Orders cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable, unless defective.
Delivery
Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-10 business days for standard Fedex delivery (distance dictates delivery days). Due to product demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable when your order is placed. You will be notified if any item is temporarily unavailable. You will be advised when the item will be available and given the option of shipping your order complete or shipping available items immediately and shipping the remainder of your order as soon as product is available.
All orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground services unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are based on an estimated shipping chart (see chart below). Credit card orders will automatically be charged shipping amounts at time of shipment.

TSMGI also offers fast, convenient Express Shipping services. If a rush is needed, please call Customer Service to place your order, 1-877-468-2586. Expedited shipping is 1-3 business days. Additional freight charges will apply for rush orders. Expedited orders must be received by 2:00PM (CT) for next day shipment of in-stock merchandise.
